THIS is the shocking moment a horse and cart carrying passengers during an American football game crashed, sending those inside flying.
The accident happened during the University of Oklahoma's college football clash against West Virginia University.
The club's famous 'Sooner Schooner' raced on to the field after Oklahoma had scored a second-quarter touchdown.
But as it took a turn, the carriage veered out of control and crashed to the floor.
A blonde lady inside was sent flying a number of metres as staff rushed to her aid.
The horses continued to gallop off.
