An ex-air hostess with busty 70S breasts has visited Hollywood for the first time as a black woman after she changed her skin colour through radical tanning injections.
Glamour model Martina Big , 28, who reportedly has 'Europe's biggest boobs', was
filmed standing in front of the Hollywood hills on a recent trip to California.
Martina has spent more than £50,000 on plastic surgery to achieve her massive 70S cup size (UK 32S).
Yet those body enhancements were not enough for the German glamour model as she
decided to become black, vowing to get "darker and darker and see what the limits are."
