ザ・ドアーズ、ザ・バーズ、サイモン＆ガーファンクル他のアルバムカヴァーを担当　写真家ガイ・ウェブスターが死去

ザ・ドアーズ、ザ・バーズ、サイモン＆ガーファンクル、ローリング・ストーンズ、ママス＆パパスなど、名盤のアルバム・カヴァーを数多く手がけた写真家のガイ・ウェブスター（Guy Webster）が死去。米ローリングストーン誌と、米国のエンターテイメント業界紙Varietyが亡くなったことを確認しています。ウェブスターの伝記作家Harvey Kubernikによると、ウェブスターは糖尿病と肝癌を患っていました。79歳でした。

ガイ・ウェブスターは、オスカーとグラミー賞を受賞した作詞家ポール・フランシス・ウェブスターの息子。大学でアートを学び、陸軍で写真について学んでいます。
