Terminating a contract with just cause for outstanding salaries

1.In the case of a club unlawfully failing to pay a player at least two monthly
salaries on their due dates, the player will be deemed to have a just cause toterminate his contract,
provided that he has put the debtor club in default inwriting and has granted a deadline
of at least 15 days for the debtor club to fully comply with its financial obligation(s).
Alternative provisions in contracts existing at the time of this provision coming into force may be considered.

2.For any salaries of a player which are not due on a monthly basis, the pro-ratavalue corresponding
to two months shall be considered. Delayed payment of an amount which is equal to at least two months
shall also be deemed a just cause for the player to terminate his contract, subject to him complying withthe
notice of termination as per paragraph 1 above.

未払いの給与を正当な理由で契約を終了する

1　クラブが不法に期日に少なくとも2か月の給与をプレーヤーに支払わなかった場合、
プレーヤーは債務者クラブをデフォルトの書面で提出し、債務者クラブがその財政的義務を完全に
遵守するために少なくとも15日の期限を与えた。この規定の発効時に存在する契約の代替規定が考慮される場合があります。

2　月額で支払われるべきではないプレーヤーの給与については、2か月に対応する比例値が考慮されます。
少なくとも2か月に相当する金額の支払いの遅延も、上記の第1項に基づく終了通知に従うことを条件として、
プレーヤーが契約を終了する正当な理由と見なされるものとします。
